They won't fix their problems out of the goodness of their heart - or even the sensability of doing that for long-term sustainability - only when a scandal - or massive expose appears do they seem to do something --here is the article on their double-booking of surgeries problem - which we hope is now in the past --- but what kind of ethics allowed it to be this way in the first place? Did they change because they were suddenly enlightened? .... or because they were caught?

Leapfrog is an accrediting group with national recognition that does unbiased research on hospitals. Here are there safety grades with regards to Swedish Hospital (they are not good)
